A live weekend of renewal

This shimmering weekend invites us into a powerful blend of rituals of renewal.

With collective singing, healing movement, self-inquiry and journaling designed to bring us through undiluted self expression and into blissful connection, we will release the constraints of the past and step into new levels of empowerment towards the future.

Recognizing that the current world circumstances can easily cause us to feel numb or paralyzed, this weekend promises to remind us that collective care and expressions can melt our anxiety, soften our hearts and ignite the fires of our souls.

Song and ritual metabolize grief, joy, confusion, and longing.

They stir the unseen.

They attune us to the vibrational intelligence of the world — not as a metaphor, but through embodied resonance that shapes how we feel, connect, and respond to life.

Come gather with us, singing stories that outlast empires, re-membering what becomes possible when we sing and engage together as kin.

Humans have been singing and calling out in devotion in ritual since the beginning of time and that call is both a yearning and an invitation.

Will you dare explore the unknown in search of your imagination and inspiration?

Will you dive into your own creative devotion and open to spirit as it flows into word, story and song?

DAY 01

Restoring Ease, renewal, and Self Expression

Day One invites the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.

We begin by slowing down and reconnecting with sensation, breath, and presence. We remember the power of connecting our voices, finding harmony again.

Through gentle movement and an introduction to singing as a healing tool, we release the chronic tension many of us carry when we have been living in sustained stress or fight and flight.

When the body is braced, action often feels overwhelming or inaccessible.

As regulation returns, clarity and agency naturally follow.

Day One also includes rituals of renewal with a focus on the self and collective care:
Cleansing, self blessing, singing, and ritual for healing.

As the body softens, the breath deepens, the heart warms...
We remember how much we can care about each other and the world.

Renewal moves through both body and spirit, restoring a felt sense of aliveness and inner support.

DAY 02

Stepping into our power, co-creating the world

Day Two builds on the regulation and openness cultivated on Day One. As the body feels more resourced, energy naturally moves outward.

Through our collective voice and embodied rhythm, we experience how connection strengthens when we move and sound together.

We explore the science of sound and singing in accessible ways, noticing how vibration, rhythm, and resonance support connection and coherence.

Day Two also focuses on co creating ritual and living prayer for our families and for the world. We remember our shared agency and our interdependence with one another and with life itself.

Joining our voices and intentions, we experience how collective expression supports hope, care, and responsibility for each other and the world.

We will close this day with a shared sense of hope and clarity toward our place in the world, inspiration for aligned action and a felt sense of collective belonging.
