Understanding secure attachment and how that differs from anxious attachment
Your nervous system regulation and how regulation affects your life and relationships
Practical steps to move towards secure attachment
Exercises that support you while dating and in relationship
For many of us, the deepest longing of our hearts is to love fully. But love seems to be evasive, difficult and hard to achieve. Learning about your attachment style can drastically change how you go about being in and looking for relation ships. This 6 week course will include a supportive community to share and help each other grow around becoming more secure.
