E-Therapy

Due to hectic schedules and busy lives, it can be difficult to make it in for an in person session, however studies have proven the effectiveness of therapy via the internet as an alternate. This allows you to receive the support and care you need and deserve. Everything we discuss is safe & secure!

E-sessions can be great for:

Virtual meetings will be conducted via Video Chat or Phone for a total of 50-minutes.  I offer E-Therapy to people throughout California.

In order to create support and momentum for your process, I recommend that we meet weekly for the first month and from there we can discuss frequency moving forward.

 

*E-sessions are not appropriate for people who are experiencing severe depression or who are suicidal.
