Coaching with Therapy

One of the things that makes my therapy unique is that I have worked as a life coach.  This means that inside of the work I do with people, I can also helping people think strategically about their lives and helping them take steps towards a fulfilling and purpose filled life.

Not all therapy has to include life coaching, but it can be a very powerful addition.

Coaching can include but is not limited to:

  • Stepping into more joy and gratitude about life.
  • Identifying Purpose
  • Identifying and moving toward life goals
  • Liberating from relationship patterns and creating fulfilling relationships.
  • Creating balance your day to day schedule.
